- Must have good experience in bakery work
- Must have strong experience in making Coconut Bun
- Must be experienced in preparing COIMBATORE-STYLE BAKERY ITEMS
- Good knowledge of traditional bakery products
- Able to maintain good taste, quality and consistency
- Previous bakery experience is mandatory
