Compensation & Benefits Package
- Basic Salary: SGD $1,200 / month
- Accommodation Allowance: SGD $400 / month
- Food Allowance: SGD $100 / month
- Total Estimated Package: SGD $1,700 / month + Work Visa Support
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through purchasing fine jewellery items.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metal care to assist buyers effectively.
- Sales & Promotion: Drive daily store sales through cross-selling, active engagement, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain appealing showcase arrangements, ensure product safety during handovers, and assist in daily stock auditing.
- Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive client reviews.
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Experience: Direct hands-on experience in the retail jewellery sector is mandatory.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in retail sales, promotional techniques, and revenue generation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and spoken communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Grooming & Appearance: Must maintain a well-groomed, fair, highly presentable, and professional personal appearance.
- Work Ethic: Strong stamina for retail hours (12 hours/day) and a commitment to high customer service standards.
