Duties and Responsibilities
As a Bakery Master, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency and food safety standards. Your responsibilities may include:
- Prepare a variety of Indian sweets and savoury (Karam) items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and presentation of bakery products.
- Measure, mix, bake, fry, and prepare ingredients accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and food preparation areas.
- Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements when necessary.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety and food hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily production.
- Ensure products are prepared within production schedules.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality food preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have practical experience in preparing sweets and Karam items.
- Must provide clear working videos demonstrating baking and food preparation skills.
- Must submit a complete menu list of the products you can prepare.
- Date of Birth must be between 1990 and 1997.
- Must hold a valid ECNR Passport.
- Fresh candidates to Singapore are welcome to apply.
