Compensation & Benefits Package
We value your expertise and offer a competitive package for the successful candidate:
- Basic Salary: SGD $1,500 / month
- Food Allowance: SGD $100 / month
- Accommodation Allowance: SGD $400 / month
- Total Estimated Monthly Package: SGD $2,000 / month + Work Visa Support
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:
- Diamond Transformation: Cutting and polishing diamonds from rough to brilliant-cut, following precise specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspecting your work to ensure it meets our high standards of brilliance, symmetry, and finish.
- Technical Precision: Demonstrating advanced knowledge of diamond physics, optical properties, and cutting techniques.
- Process Efficiency: Working efficiently and independently while maintaining excellent safety and precision standards.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in diamond cutting and polishing is required.
- Independence: The ability to work without close supervision while producing superior-quality output.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in creating high-grade diamond finishes with minimal wastage.
- Relevant Background: Experience in a jewellery manufacturing or a similar precision-oriented production environment is strongly preferred.
Working Hours & Conditions
- Daily Hours: 12 Hours per Day
- Monthly Off: 2 Days per Month
