Job Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Chicken, Mutton, Beef, Fish, and Vegetable Briyani.
- Cook traditional Indian rice dishes according to restaurant recipes.
- Prepare gravies, masalas, curries, and side dishes served with briyani.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene standards.
- Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management.
- Work efficiently during busy meal service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Briyani Master.
- Must have strong knowledge of authentic Indian cooking techniques.
- Experience working in hotels or restaurants is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Passport should be valid for international travel.
