CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified and experienced Civil Engineers for overseas construction and infrastructure projects. Selected candidates may work on residential, commercial, industrial, road, bridge, drainage or other civil engineering developments.

The Civil Engineer will support project planning, site execution, quality control, safety compliance, documentation and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Plan and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and standards.
• Inspect construction materials and completed work.
• Prepare quantity estimates, reports and project documentation.
• Monitor concrete, structural, finishing and infrastructure activities.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Maintain daily progress and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Support project meetings and communicate progress to management.
• Verify contractor measurements and completed quantities.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Perform other civil engineering duties assigned by the employer.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office and relevant engineering software.
• Good planning, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers, subcontractors and site activities.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work according to the project schedule and location.
• Ability to adapt to multicultural working environments.
• Valid passport with sufficient validity for processing.
• Eligibility for the required employment visa or work permit.
• Willingness to attend interviews, technical assessments and medical examinations.
