Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry

India,Gulf (OR) Singapore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical project experience prefer

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Able to join immediately

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) site activities

Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Client, Project Manager, and Site Engineers

Plan, monitor, and ensure project completion according to the project schedule

Conduct and participate in safety, progress, and subcontractor meetings

Guide and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications

Prepare site reports, work schedules, and daily progress updates

Resolve technical and site-related technical issues independently

Coordinate with E&I Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience leading Oil & Gas,Petrochemical projects

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Capable of managing multiple site teams
